On the Job Training:

After one year of contact learning in the campus, students are sent to industry for the hands on exposure in core areas of hotel operations.

The main areas they get exposure are, Food production, Food and beverage service, Front office and Housekeeping operations.

Duration:

25 weeks approximately.

Objectives:

To see, feel, involve, and participate effectively in day to day operations, and aquire clear understanding of hotel operations in terms of various job profile, manpower requirement, business model, and all related commercial and service aspects of each department.
